We’re looking for an experienced Head of CRM to join a high-growth fashion brand. You will lead the CRM strategy from end-to-end, defining how they communicate, retain, and build loyalty with their global customer base. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the intersection of trend-driven fashion and technical marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global CRM roadmap. Define the strategy for customer segmentation, personalisation, and cross-channel orchestration to drive long-term Customer Lifetime Value.
- Have full ownership of the app and loyalty programme.
- Build and mentor a high-performing CRM team. Foster a culture of test-and-learn, data curiosity, and creative excellence.
- You’ll be the expert on our ESP/CDP (e.g., Exponea/Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Ometria), ensuring we are leveraging our data to its full potential.
- Manage high-level reporting on performance, channel health, and database growth, translating complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
What we’re looking for
- 5-6 years in CRM/Retention Marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior managerial capacity.
- Experience owning the app/loyalty programme.
- Deep experience with enterprise-level CDP/ESP platforms (Exponea/Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Ometria are essential). You know how to configure data flows, not just use the interface.
- You understand the psychology of the Gen Z/Fashion consumer. You know how to balance aggressive promotional activity with high-end brand storytelling.
- You have a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
