The Change Partners is exclusively representing a global technology powerhouse—a household name in consumer electronics and digital media—to find a talented Financial Analyst to join their Management Support Team. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will be the engine behind the management support team, providing the accurate, data-driven insights needed to optimise the company's profitability. You will analyse complex financial data, monitor trends, and prepare the critical reports that help executive decision-makers make well-informed strategic choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Forecasting: Support annual business planning, manage moving plans, and drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting cycles.
- Budgeting & Closing: Create and manage monthly budgets while overseeing smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse actual financial results against monthly forecasts and business plans to flag variances and total cost impacts.
- Operational Control: Manage weekly AR monitoring, unbilled lists, outstanding invoices, and update weekly/monthly Service KPIs and Business Review Reports.
- Strategic Support: Handle ad hoc reporting requests from both local leadership and Global HQ, and assist with cost centre creation/ERP mapping during structural changes.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree/major in Management or Business is highly preferable.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
- Excel Power User: Advanced MS Excel skills are essential (you must be seamless with VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables).
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with a strong teamwork mindset.
- Cultural Adaptability: Awareness of and comfort working within a vibrant, multi-cultural corporate environment.
- Agility: A great attitude with the flexibility to respond quickly to sudden HQ requests and manage project risks.
