The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 FMCG Brand who are looking for an IT Product Owner within their Manufacturing and Operations team. The role will encompass building brand-new global digital/IT products to enable strong and more efficient manufacturing processes. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they grow a brand new Global IT function, with lots of progression available.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own Global IT-related digital products across Manufacturing Operations, build via definition and analysis.
  • End to end from scope through to definition through to managing agile squad delivery.
  • Deliver product value across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Build new demands integrated into backlogs and translate into user stories and features.
  • Product backlog prioritisation, including risk and interdependencies management with squads.
  • Drive delivery, facilitate day to day operations and support for the various squads.
  • Enable driving of demonstration and rollout plan with wider POs.
  • Manage product catalog and ensure consistency between product and service and the wider product portfolio.
  • Support with backlog and roadmap forecast across resource needs.
  • Work through Quality, Research.
