Head of Media Performance and Effectiveness

The Change Partners are working with an Iconic Consumer Brand who are looking to bring in a Head of Media Performance and Effectiveness across Europe.

The Brand are looking to enhance their media effectiveness by working with HQ and local markets to interrogate media spend, help develop and roll out a new media performance dashboard and ensure performance targets are met across Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and deliver European media efficiency strategy and execution, including continual optimisation and tracking.
• Implement KPIs, measurements and performance tracking across traditional and digital media channels, including Print, Radio, OOH and ATL.
• Help roll out and develop a Media Performance Dashboard.
• Regular weekly reporting to senior stakeholders across all levels and European countries.
• Represent the EU Media Performance and Effectiveness strategy to HQ.
• Implement automation initiatives to enhance campaign performance, forecasting, ROI and budget optimisation.
• Develop efficiency frameworks and roll out across Europe.
• Deliver innovation across media, including measurement and attribution.
• Work across internal teams and performance of external media partners/agencies.

Your background:

• At least 8 years experience within Media, most recently across Media Performance/Effectiveness or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of Media planning, buying, analytics, adtech and insights across traditional and digital media channels, including Print, Radio, OOH and ATL.
• Experience rolling out a Media Performance Dashboard.
• Global or European experience.
• Agency background or large Global multi-matrix business.
• Have confidence and ability to report to senior leadership teams at HQ.
