We are looking for an experienced Media Operations and Governance Manager to join a Tier 1 consumer electronics company. The Change Partners are working with a leading global Consumer Brand who are looking for a Media Operations and Governance Manager within their European Office. We’re seeking an experienced individual in communications, governance, or media who has a strong understanding of media planning and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, embed, and operationalise media governance frameworks that improve media efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency across subsidiaries.
- Ensure that media guidance, standards, and governance are clearly communicated, adopted, and tracked.
- Drive adoption of global and regional media governance across all subsidiaries.
- Develop simple tracking mechanisms, scorecards, or status views to provide leadership with visibility into market adoption, progress, and maturity.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the evolution of central media governance and efficiency program reporting and dashboards.
- Media governance reporting, data and measurement, media efficiency and performance enablement.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in media operations, governance or similar.
- Strong understanding of paid media planning, buying, and performance measurement.
- Proven experience working across multiple markets or subsidiaries.
- Ability to manage governance, tracking, and reporting without creating unnecessary friction.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including experience supporting senior stakeholders through clear narratives and presentations.
