We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to join one of the world’s leading global FMCG brand owners. This role will be responsible for delivering global brand strategies and activities for seasonal campaigns across the business for a premium brand.
If you have solid strategic brand marketing experience within premium and luxury brands, have experience in elevating brand image and understand what luxury looks like, then this could be the role for you.
This is a broad end-to-end role with significant internal visibility and high progression potential.
We are looking for:
- A problem-solver with creativity and initiative
- A strong background in global brand management, innovation and brand marketing
- A strong track record of launching breakthrough brand and product campaigns, preferably with international experience.
- Highly strategic across brand planning, CMI, Communications and FMCG
- Experience in reshaping the global perception of an iconic brand to craft premium campaigns that inspire, engage, and delight consumers.
- A background in luxury/premium brands, fashion and beauty are desirable
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy in line with brand positioning and commercial goals alongside the Global Brand Director.
- Lead the creation of global marketing toolkits for seasonal and product-led campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to bring marketing programs to life at every consumer touchpoint.
- Be the day-to-day lead for campaign development, coordinating timelines, budgets, and agency deliverables, ensuring work is on-brand, on-brief, and on-time.
- Develop and manage launch strategies for global NPD and key brand initiatives, aligning with category and commercial teams to drive brand awareness and business impact.
- Support the global brand reset by ensuring that every campaign and activation reflects the new identity and premium aesthetic.
Skills required for this role:
- 5 years' experience in brand or marketing management, preferably in a luxury lifestyle, fashion or beauty.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
- Experience managing creative and production agencies, with an excellent eye for detail and storytelling.
- Passion for premium brands, cultural relevance, and delivering consumer-first marketing experiences.
- Experience working on international brand rollouts.
The role is a hybrid role allowing you to work three days in the office in London and two days from home.
