Job Description
We are seeking a Global Customer Marketing Manager to join a leading blockchain analytics solutions business. This role will focus on fostering long-term relationships with existing customers, and building a vibrant community of advocates. In addition, this individual will play a role in supporting key tier 1 regional events working with the global events manager.
The aim of this role is to create and nurture a community that existing customers and prospects want to be part of, and to be active advocates of in order to retain customers and grow.
If you have 8+ years in customer marketing in B2B SaaS or technology companies, ideally within the blockchain, financial services, or compliance sectors, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities will include:
• Customer retention and engagement to deliver the best ongoing customer experience.
• Creating customer marketing programs such as email campaigns, webinars and exclusive executive briefings
• Product Led Growth acquisition and retention strategy
• Customer advocacy & community building to facilitate a platform where customers are empowered to share their experiences and make recommendations
• Creating opportunities to network with peer groups and share experiences including an annual customer event
• Creating customer advocates through the development of a reference and referral program to help grow our customer base
• Brand building by working with the wider marketing team to help identify those customers who will advocate to help build the brand
Skills required for this role:
• Over 6 to 7 years’ experience in customer marketing in B2B SaaS or technology companies, ideally within the blockchain, financial services, or compliance sectors
• Experience in building and nurturing a customer advocacy program or community of brand ambassadors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations that resonate with customers.
• Hubspot usage
• Fluent in English; additional language skills in any of the key APAC languages are a plus.
The role is a hybrid role allowing you to work two days in the office and three days from home.
