We are seeking an EU Trading Manager to join a high-performing digital trading team within a globally recognised tier-1 consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to drive commercial performance, who thrives on cross-market collaboration, and is energised by working at the dynamic crossroads of E-commerce, Sales, and Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage weekly trading reviews across multiple European markets.
- Analyse e-commerce performance data to identify root causes of success or underperformance.
- Build and present weekly sales reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with local subsidiaries to create growth strategies and optimise trading performance.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on strategic actions.
- Support SKU rationalisation initiatives and revenue optimisation plans.
- Utilise BI tools and dashboards to monitor, interpret, and act on performance trends.
We are looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce trading, online sales management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot, complex formulas) and BI tools.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse functions.
- Deep understanding of digital sales channels and performance metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working across multiple European markets is a plus.
