The Change Partners are partnering with a leading UK childcare provider to recruit an experienced CRM Manager. You will lead the implementation of a Zoho CRM platform across a multi-site group and own its performance end-to-end, from enquiry through enrolment.
This role combines strong business analysis with hands-on CRM configuration, including automated journeys, campaigns and analytics to drive conversions. It is a 6-month FTC with hybrid working 2–3 days in the office.
