We’re looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Manager to join a Tier 1 consumer electronics company. The Change Partners are working with a leading global Consumer Brand who are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager within their European Office. We’re seeking a highly organised, analytical individual with proven experience in CRM within a digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute personalised CRM post-purchase campaigns underpinned by customer data.
  • Brief in personalised campaigns across data, copy and creative to the European markets for them to deliver.
  • Drive ‘test and learn’ proof of concept through a series of A/B sprint tests by monitoring, tracking and reporting on performance.
  • Report on campaign performance and turn insights into actions to improve optimisation.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience within CRM/Loyalty within a digital marketing environment.
  • Experience briefing in and implementing CRM post-purchase journeys to drive retention.
  • Confident in turning insights into actions and experience with reporting tools.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills as well as the ability to adapt to change with close attention to detail.

This role is a 12 month contract, paying a day rate of up to £228. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in the office per week. Please apply below with your CV if you’re interested.
