We are currently working with a tier-1 global consumer brand who are scaling its European D2C eCommerce operations. We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to drive commercial performance across multiple online sales channels, working across multiple markets.
This is a contract role, initially 12 months, with yearly extensions and high potential to convert to permanent, offering a day rate of £410 via umbrella inside IR35.
- Drive commercial performance across all online sales channels.
- Act as the main point of contact for local subsidiaries, building strong working relationships.
- Lead weekly trading calls, analysing performance trends and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis on underperformance and define clear, actionable plans with local teams.
- Prepare and present performance updates to Senior Leadership, outlining key drivers and actions.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify performance drivers across traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Contribute to SKU rationalisation and performance improvement programmes.
At least 5 years’ experience in e-commerce trading, online sales or a similar role. Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics and digital sales channels. Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
