We are looking for a Senior Platform Manager to join one of the world’s top alcohol global brands. You’ll take ownership of the global brand website(s), defining their digital strategy and driving their evolution. You will oversee all website operations, manage the end-to-end delivery of web projects, and ensure a world-class consumer experience. This role involves close collaboration with internal brand teams, external tech teams, and local market stakeholders across the globe, so strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global brand website, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of all digital initiatives, including new features, designs, SEO content, and campaigns.
  • Act as the key contact for local markets, coordinating content and functionality for regional audiences while maintaining global brand standards.
  • Translate brand needs into actionable digital solutions and lead requirements in partnership with development teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics and technical health to drive continuous improvement and achieve key Digital Marketing KPIs.
  • Stay current with digital trends and proactively identify opportunities to enhance user experience and performance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, including strong expertise in managing websites through a CMS.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript).
  • Good understanding of web analytics, SEO, accessibility, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proven experience managing multiple digital projects, ideally using Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in global, multicultural teams.
  • Experience in the alcohol/beverage category is desirable.
