The Change Partners are working with a leading global consumer electronics brand to support the European Customer Support team. This role is the engine room of data delivery—you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end data journey, from sourcing and building pipelines to translating raw numbers into the strategic insights that drive our European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Data Flows: Gather requirements to design and implement robust pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Source & Structure: Acquire data from various relevant systems and transform raw datasets into structured formats for internal use.
  • Uncover Insights: Analyse large datasets to pull out meaningful trends and share findings that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Strategic Reporting: Generate clear, accurate reports for senior leadership, ensuring they have the right information at the right time.
  • Collaborate & Support: Partner with the Data Analyst to ensure all task-streams and initiatives are set up for successful delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Degree-level education in a numerical field (Maths, Statistics, etc.).
  • Data Skills: 2+ years of experience querying large, unstructured datasets to provide reporting metrics.
  • Software: Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Mindset: A structured, methodical worker who can pick up new technical subject matter quickly.
  • CRM/Marketing Background: Previous experience analysing customer data within a CRM or marketing-focused team.
  • Digital Expertise: An understanding of eCommerce business processes.
  • Insider Knowledge: Experience with specific internal processes and platforms is a massive plus.
