The Change Partners are partnered with a leading global technology business that drives strategic marketing initiatives across key retail channels and supports ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across key retail channels (quarterly/6-month/12-month cycles)
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns including ATL media, in-store promotions, digital advertising, and retailer website optimisation
  • Manage agency relationships and brief creative asset development to drive sales and market differentiation
  • Oversee marketing budgets and measure ROI effectiveness across all channel activities
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing and Field Teams to ensure seamless online-to-store campaign alignment

What's Needed to Be Successful:

  • Degree plus marketing qualification with proven Product/Services Marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a channel marketing role managing multiple retail partnerships
  • Strong budget management and ROI measurement capabilities
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders while delivering complex projects on time and on budget
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong influence and persuasion skills to drive commercial alignment across teams
  • Experience managing agencies and third-party suppliers effectively
