About the role We are currently working with a global consumer technology brand that is continuing to invest in its digital operations and customer experience capabilities across Europe. We are looking for a Performance Reporting Manager to lead operational reporting and performance analysis across multiple European markets. This role will focus on transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making, performance improvement, and business growth. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) based in the London area. Key responsibilities: Own and evolve operational performance reporting criteria. Define reporting requirements, KPIs, metrics, governance standards, and calculation logic. Review, validate, and sign off on AI reporting outputs and insights to ensure accuracy and business relevance. Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Prepare and present performance insights and executive reporting for senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, and analytics capabilities.. Partner with operational, governance, and analytics teams to align reporting with business objectives. Your background: 5+ years' experience in project/programme management 3+ years’ experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or analytics. Strong experience analysing operational data and producing actionable business insights. Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and governance frameworks to define effective criteria for specific business needs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of reporting automation, AI-enabled analytics, or business intelligence tools is advantageous. Please apply.
