We are working with an iconic Alcohol brand going through significant transformation and growth, who are searching for an established Business Analytics Manager to join their wider analytics team.

This role will deliver deep-dive reporting to help the organisation achieve objectives and drive data-driven commercial growth.

This role will:

  • Focus heavily on analysing commercial data including on-trade, off-trade, Ecommerce, sales, competitor – ensuring that performance insights can be actioned for growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Global CMI team and local markets to provide consolidated views on performance by connecting commercial data sources and insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to various senior stakeholders across the business, informing of risks and opportunities.
  • Support development of dashboards and reports to facilitate data across the organisation.

We are looking for:

  • A highly skilled analytical expert, with experience in utilising high-complex datasets (Nielsen and Circa) to deliver commercial flare and storytelling to senior stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to interact with various levels within the organisation.
  • Proactive individual, able to work solely and part of a team – liaising with various stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Strong commercial understanding and confident storytelling ability.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to present in a clear and precise way with an understanding of best practices.
  • An ability to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing and complex organisation.
