We are seeking a BI Analyst to join a dynamic analytics team within an iconic D2C household consumer brand. Working with a wide range of datasets, you’ll support teams across Marketing, Product, UX, Logistics, and Finance to drive informed decision-making and strategic outcomes. Please note that this is a contract role until the end of the year and is paying up to £299 per day. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, technically strong, and passionate about translating data into meaningful action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data from customer journeys, sales platforms, logistics, and financial systems to uncover trends and drive operational improvements.
  • Interrogate structured and semi-structured datasets using SQL.
  • Build dashboards and visualisations in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Support behavioral analysis with UX tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to shape data pipelines and access data via APIs.
  • Integrate third-party market and industry data to support benchmarking and competitive analysis.
  • Automate recurring reports while supporting deep-dive and ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or Insight.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working across varied datasets (e.g. customer, sales, web, finance).
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Excel.
  • Exposure to UX analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders through data storytelling.
  • Bonus: Python skills for data manipulation or automation.
