We are currently working with a global technology leader that is continuing to expand its B2B marketing operations across the UK & Ireland. We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, partner engagement, and pipeline growth across an established indirect channel ecosystem. This role will work closely with sales teams, regional marketing, and key partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and joint go-to-market plans. This is a hybrid role based in London, with three days in the office and two remote.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UKI B2B channel marketing strategy aligned to regional objectives.
- Create and manage joint business plans with priority channel partners.
- Segment partners and tailor marketing approaches based on capability and market focus.
- Design and deliver partner-led demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and ABM.
- Enable partners with messaging, content, and tools to effectively position solutions.
- Drive the adoption of partner marketing programmes and funding initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across key B2B segments.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies to ensure effective delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and category teams.
- Act as the key marketing contact for partner accounts, influencing strategy and execution.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Continuously optimise marketing effectiveness through data, insights, and testing.
Your background:
- At least 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on channel or partner marketing.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Proven experience delivering demand generation and pipeline-focused campaigns.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, and partners.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets and agencies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
