We're looking for a UK Patent Box specialist who shares this mindset and can help innovative businesses realise the commercial value of their intellectual property.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead the tax and HMRC aspects of an existing Patent Box project. The patent and commercial groundwork is already in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish links between qualifying patents and relevant revenue streams.
- Assess qualifying profits and support Patent Box calculations.
- Lead HMRC engagement and respond to enquiries.
- Support the preparation and submission of Patent Box claims.
About You
- Proven experience delivering UK Patent Box claims.
- Strong understanding of UK corporation tax and HMRC requirements.
- Experience with patent-related revenue attribution and tax negotiations.
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Collaborative, with an interest in innovation and creating impact.
Engagement
Flexible, project-based consultancy over key stages of the claim process. UK-based, with some in-person collaboration required.
