We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join The Chandler Church of England (Aided) Junior School. Working in close partnership with the Headteacher, you will play a key role in shaping our Christian ethos, driving our vision of Every Light Shining, and ensuring an exceptional education for all pupils. You will help lead the strategic direction of the school, support high-quality teaching and learning, uphold a strong culture of professionalism, and ensure that safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do.
