As a Spa & Retail Concierge, you will be the trusted advisor and curator for our guests’ well-being and retail journeys. With a deep understanding of London’s luxury wellness scene, bespoke shopping destinations, and exclusive partnerships, you will deliver seamless, highly personalised experiences that enrich our guests’ lives. From recommending world-class fitness, spa, and holistic treatments to securing private shopping experiences and tailoring bespoke gifting, you will anticipate needs with precision and creativity.
