The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional treatments and personalised wellness experiences, ensuring each guest journey reflects the highest standards of care, professionalism, and luxury synonymous with Rosewood. You will perform a range of treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies, while creating a calm and welcoming environment that allows guests to fully relax and rejuvenate. As a senior member of the team, you will also support colleagues by sharing expertise, maintaining treatment standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the spa. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a range of professional spa treatments in line with spa and brand standards
- Provide personalised consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and maintained to the highest standards
- Maintain excellent knowledge of spa products and promote retail offerings where appropriate
- Support junior therapists by sharing knowledge and maintaining treatment quality standards
- Ensure all treatments are delivered safely and in accordance with health and hygiene regulations
- Create a welcoming, calm, and professional environment for guests at all times
- Recognised spa therapy qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within luxury hospitality or a premium spa environment
- Strong technical skills across a range of treatments including massage and facials
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- A passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
