It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional treatments and personalised wellness experiences, ensuring each guest journey reflects the highest standards of care, professionalism, and luxury synonymous with Rosewood. You will perform a range of treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies, while creating a calm and welcoming environment that allows guests to fully relax and rejuvenate. As a senior member of the team, you will also support colleagues by sharing expertise, maintaining treatment standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the spa.This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest care.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a range of professional spa treatments in line with spa and brand standardsProvide personalised consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable treatmentsEnsure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and maintained to the highest standardsMaintain excellent knowledge of spa products and promote retail offerings where appropriateSupport junior therapists by sharing knowledge and maintaining treatment quality standardsEnsure all treatments are delivered safely and in accordance with health and hygiene regulationsCreate a welcoming, calm, and professional environment for guests at all timesProfileRecognised spa therapy qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Previous experience as aSpa Therapist within luxury hospitality or a premium spa environmentStrong technical skills across a range of treatments including massage and facialsExcellent guest service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standardsA passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences#J-18808-Ljbffr
