Senior Housekeeping Supervisor , you will play a leading role in maintaining the exceptional standards that define The Chancery Rosewood.

Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of guest room servicing and inspections, ensuring every suite and public area reflects our commitment to excellence.

Combining strong leadership with an exceptional eye for detail, you will guide and support the housekeeping team while delivering the Rosewood philosophy of Relationship Hospitality through every interaction and every impeccably presented space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and assigned areas, ensuring all spaces consistently meet Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood Brand Standards.
  • Support, coach, and guide Housekeeping Associates throughout each shift, providing direction and practical assistance to ensure exceptional performance and service delivery.
  • Coordinate room priorities, VIP arrivals, guest requests, and special requirements, ensuring all details are communicated effectively and actioned promptly.
  • Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, professionalism, and guest care across all housekeeping operations.
  • Monitor room status updates, including extra departures, DND rooms, and rooms not requiring service, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify maintenance issues, defects, or areas requiring attention, working closely with Engineering and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new associates, sharing knowledge, best practices, and operational standards to support team development.
  • Promote a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture, helping to drive continuous improvement within the Housekeeping department.
