The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. We are now seeking a passionate and ambitious Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our opening culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside world-class chefs and contribute to the creation of desserts that delight, surprise, and set a new benchmark for pastry in London.
As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will:
- Support the Pastry Chefs in preparing and presenting desserts to the highest standards.
- Execute recipes with precision while also contributing creativity and flair.
- Uphold impeccable standards of mise en place, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Assist in training and mentoring commis chefs within the pastry section.
- Collaborate across the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times.
About You
- Experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment, ideally within pastry.
