Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of in-room dining orders to guest suites.
- Ensure trays and trolleys are set up according to hotel presentation standards.
- Support waiters in delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally.
- Clear trays, trolleys, and service items from guest floors in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations.
