The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a collection of dining and entertainment spaces, providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are now seeking a committed and creative Events Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team. In this role, you will support the delivery of exceptional, beautifully executed dishes across all banquet, meeting and social event operations—ensuring our guests experience the refined, contemporary hospitality that defines The Chancery Rosewood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Chefs in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes for events, conferences, and private functions.
  • Maintain precision, consistency and speed across all mise en place and service preparations.
  • Uphold culinary standards, presentation expectations and recipe accuracy in line with Rosewood guidelines.
  • Assist in the smooth execution of large-scale functions, adapting to changing event flows and requirements.
  • Ensure impeccable hygiene, food safety and workstation organisation at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Culinary and Events teams to meet timelines and elevate the guest experience.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback during menu development and tasting sessions.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally with exposure to events or banqueting.
  • A strong foundation in classical techniques with a curiosity for modern approaches.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work cleanly and efficiently.
  • A calm, collaborative approach, especially during high-volume service.
  • Genuine passion for culinary craft and delivering memorable experiences through food.
