As In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests’ private dining experience. With a warm and attentive approach, you will take and process orders with accuracy, communicate seamlessly with the kitchen and service teams, and ensure each order is delivered with precision and grace. Your professionalism, product knowledge, and ability to anticipate guest needs will help transform in-room dining into an effortless extension of our luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and process all in-room dining calls and orders with efficiency, warmth, and accuracy.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless preparation and timely delivery.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menus, seasonal offerings, and hotel services.
  • Handle guest feedback and requests with professionalism, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Ensure all orders and billing are processed accurately in the system.

About You

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing roles preferred.
