The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Home to 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, and a variety of dining and entertainment spaces, the hotel provides a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are looking for an Events Head Houseperson to oversee our Houseperson team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of flawless events. From elegant weddings and gala dinners to private meetings, you will ensure every setup, transition, and breakdown is executed seamlessly, reflecting the refinement and precision that define Rosewood.
Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support the Houseperson team to deliver world-class service across all events.

Supervise the setup and breakdown of ballrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces in line with guest and client requirements.

Ensure all furniture, equipment, and décor are immaculately maintained and presented to brand standards.

Partner with Banquets, Events, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless event operations.

Maintain accurate inventory of event furniture, staging, and equipment.

Uphold safety, compliance, and presentation standards while driving efficiency.
