Overview

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand and a collection of distinctive dining and social spaces, the hotel is a destination for progressive ideas, voices, and expression. Jacqueline is an intimate, refined dining experience where detail, rhythm, and genuine hospitality matter. We are now seeking a confident and hands-on Floor Manager to help lead daily service and elevate the guest journey.

The Role

As Floor Manager, you will be a visible presence on the floor, setting the tone for service and supporting the team to deliver warm, intuitive hospitality. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations, strong team engagement, and consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the floor team during service, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain service standards in line with Rosewood’s relationship hospitality ethos
  • Support training, coaching, and development of team members
  • Manage reservations flow, guest feedback, and service recovery with confidence
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Jacqueline and The Chancery Rosewood

About You

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor in a quality restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership presence with a calm, organised approach during service
  • Passion for guest experience and team development
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
