As Floor Manager, you will lead the restaurant floor during service, setting the pace, coaching the team, and ensuring every guest experiences the warmth, energy, and attention to detail that define Serra.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the restaurant floor during service
  • Set service standards and lead by example through hands‑on service
  • Build strong guest relationships, recognising regulars and personalising experiences
  • Support training, coaching, and development of the service team
  • Manage service flow, table turns, and team deployment
  • Handle guest feedback with confidence, care, and ownership

About You

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a quality‑led restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
