As a Flexible Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within a busy food and beverage outlet. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and offer menu recommendations when appropriate.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Confident working in a busy service environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including early morning, evenings and weekends.
