As a
Flexible Host – Eagle Bar , you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting one of the hotel's vibrant bar destinations.
You will create a warm and memorable first impression, ensuring every guest receives a seamless welcome while supporting the smooth flow of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the venue, menus, and offerings.
- Maintain an organised and accurate reservation system while communicating effectively with the service team.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service that reflects Rosewood's standards of hospitality.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
About You
- Previous experience in a host, reception, guest relations, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Naturally warm, engaging, and confident when interacting with guests.
