As a Flexible Bartender – F&B Outlets, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences across our bars, restaurants, and dining venues. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
- Deliver friendly, engaging, and professional service while building rapport with guests.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Work closely with bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure bars, service areas, and equipment are maintained in a clean, organised, and presentable condition.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
- Adhere to licensing regulations, cash handling procedures, and health and safety standards at all times.
About You
- Previous bartending experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Passion for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Confident preparing classic cocktails and serving a variety of beverages.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
