The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven F&B Reservations Agent to join our opening team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to experience our restaurants and bars, ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth, precision, and personalised service synonymous with Rosewood. As F&B Reservations Agent, you will manage restaurant reservations across our dining venues, supporting both individual guests and large bookings. You will play an essential role in curating the guest journey before arrival, ensuring every reservation is handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant reservations across multiple venues using the designated reservation system
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate reservation records, guest preferences, and special requests
- Coordinate closely with restaurant teams to optimise table allocation and guest flow
- Support VIP bookings, group reservations, and special event enquiries
- Ensure all communications reflect Rosewood brand standards and relationship hospitality
About You
- Previous experience in restaurant reservations, guest services, or hospitality administration
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a warm and professional telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar systems is advantageous
