As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will support the Events Sales team in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our corporate, social and private clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Event Sales team with client enquiries, proposals, contracts, event documentation and general coordination throughout the booking journey.
- Respond to clients promptly and professionally, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, care and attention to detail expected at The Chancery Rosewood.
- Liaise with clients, internal departments and external suppliers to ensure event requirements are clearly communicated and accurately followed through.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, Banquet Event Orders, floor plans, contracts and reports, ensuring all details are accurate and well presented.
- Support with site inspections and client meetings, helping to showcase the hotel’s event spaces with confidence, enthusiasm and strong product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records within the hotel’s sales and event systems, ensuring all client, booking and revenue information is up to date.
- Support the coordination of deposits, payments and contract deadlines in line with hotel procedures.
- Attend pre-event and post-event meetings, ensuring clear communication and a smooth handover between the Sales and Operations teams.
- Contribute to revenue generation by supporting upselling opportunities and ensuring each proposal reflects the full offering of the hotel.
- Act as a brand ambassador for The Chancery Rosewood, representing the hotel with professionalism, warmth and discretion at all times.
