With 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand and a collection of distinctive dining and entertainment spaces, the hotel will stand as a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.
As Engineering Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless operation of our hotel's mechanical and technical systems, maintaining the safety, efficiency, and luxury standards expected at Rosewood. You will lead by example, supervising daily engineering activities, coordinating preventive maintenance, and guiding a team of skilled engineers to deliver an immaculate guest and colleague environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering team, ensuring all work is performed to Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA standards.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Implement and track preventive maintenance schedules, minimising disruption to guests and operations.
- Supervise and train team members, promoting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
