The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 as a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. The hotel will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces, providing a platform for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We are seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie to support the senior culinary team in ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You will take ownership of your section, uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, and promote teamwork with kindness and respect. This role is scheduled to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure all preparation, cooking, and plating in your section meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized section, adhering to all HACCP standards.
  • Follow recipes and technical sheets accurately, and stay informed about menu allergens and contents.
  • Take pride in your section, support your peers, and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
