As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests — setting the tone for a seamless and memorable stay. You will deliver genuine, thoughtful service through each conversation, ensuring every enquiry is handled with warmth, efficiency, and precision. Key Responsibilities- Manage reservations enquiries via phone, email, and online channels with exceptional attention to detail.
- Provide personalised recommendations on suites, rates, and experiences based on guest preferences.
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and hotel facilities.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Uphold Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality in every interaction.
- Previous experience in a reservations or guest services role within a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Strong communication skills — articulate, warm, and professional.
- Exceptional organisation with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in PMS and reservations systems (Opera experience is an advantage).
- A proactive, calm, and solution-focused approach.
