The Chancery Rosewood has now opened its doors in the heart of Mayfair, redefining luxury in one of London’s most iconic landmarks. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our Finance team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.
As Finance Assistant, you will support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will help maintain financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist in month-end reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a passion for learning and growing in hospitality finance.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices, payments, and expenses in line with company policies.
- Support in preparing reconciliations and assisting with month-end close.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
- Assist in producing financial reports for management.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data.
- Previous finance or accounting experience (hospitality experience advantageous but not essential).
- Strong numerical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial systems is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
