As a Casual Events Waiter, you will support a wide range of high-profile events, from elegant receptions and private dinners to large-scale celebrations and bespoke experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service at a variety of events.
- Engage with guests in a warm, approachable way, offering menu knowledge where helpful.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep service running smoothly.
- Be attentive to guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
- Help set up and maintain event spaces, ensuring everything looks clean and presentable.
- Handle any guest queries professionally and engage escalation where needed.
