Home to 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with a variety of dining and entertainment spaces, the hotel provides a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie – Breakfast to join our Culinary team. In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering exceptional breakfast service, ensuring each dish reflects our dedication to quality, artistry, and refined hospitality. Working closely with the Breakfast Sous Chef and wider team, you will play a key role in creating memorable mornings for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Support the Breakfast Sous Chef in managing operations during breakfast service.
  • Maintain mise-en-place and ensure all stations are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Train, support, and guide Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs within the breakfast section.
  • Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and guest experience enhancements.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional cuisine, with an eye for detail and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak breakfast hours.
  • A collaborative, positive, and professional approach to working within a team.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and delighting guests.
