As our Assistant Head Butler, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering personalised, seamless service at the highest level, from curating bespoke experiences to refining daily operations, acting as the bridge between guest expectations and unforgettable stays.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and personalise the suite guest experience, ensuring every detail is seamless.
- Train, develop, and inspire the Butler team to deliver excellence in line with Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood standards.
- Understand guest preferences, tailor service styles, and ensure special requests are handled flawlessly.
- Keep guest records meticulous, track preferences, and collaborate across departments to maintain an intuitive and smooth operation.
- Maintain inventories, monitor daily movements, and work with culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure an impeccable experience.
