Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and curate unique travel experiences and itineraries for clients.
- Suggest travel options tailored to clients\’ tastes and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their wishes and proactively offering personalized services.
- Stay informed about the latest industry news and trends to ensure clients receive the best-in-class experiences.
2. Concierge Services:
- Provide high-quality personal customer service, exceeding client expectations.
- Manage ad hoc requests, from making dinner reservations to arranging flowers and personal shopping.

- Search and identify in-home personnel for clients, including housekeepers, nannies, entertainers, and personal chefs.
