The Chalk Hills Academy, part of Advantage Schools, is seeking an Education Welfare Officer to join the Central Attendance & Welfare Team.
You will support pupils, families and schools to overcome barriers to education through compassionate, evidence-informed practice and early intervention.
You will work with school leaders, safeguarding teams and external agencies to deliver meaningful interventions, conduct home visits and contribute to improving attendance across the trust’s academies.
