Part-Time Financial ControllerWolverhampton | £65,000 – £70,000 FTE (pro rata) | Part-Time | Hybrid WorkingWe're recruiting for an experienced Part-Time Financial Controller to join an established, growing business based in Wolverhampton.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, qualified accountant who enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle and is looking for a varied, hands-on role on a part-time basis.Working closely with the CFO, you'll take responsibility for financial reporting across multiple entities, from monthly management accounts and consolidations through to preparing statutory accounts from start to finish.The business is looking for someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of the detail and provide meaningful commercial insight to support senior management.### The RoleTake ownership of the full accounting cycle across multiple entities.Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reporting and reconciliations.Produce consolidated accounts and financial reports.Prepare statutory accounts end to end, including year-end adjustments and disclosures.Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.Provide financial analysis, variance commentary and commercial insight.Maintain and strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting.Work closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders to support financial and operational decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.### About YouACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, ideally with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience.Strong hands-on experience preparing statutory accounts from start to finish.Proven management accounting experience.Experience producing consolidated accounts across multiple entities.Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow experience.Commercially aware, with the confidence to work alongside senior stakeholders.Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a broad finance remit.A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.Experience working within a multi-entity business would be advantageous.What's on Offer?£65,000 – £70,000 FTE, pro rata for part-time hours.Part-time working arrangement, with days and hours to be agreed.Hybrid working, subject to agreement.A varied, senior finance role with genuine ownership and responsibility.Direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership.Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the business.Interested?If you're an experienced Financial Controller looking for a challenging, hands-on part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today or get in touch for a confidential conversation #J-18808-Ljbffr
