The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £60,000–£70,000 plus benefits, and regular travel to Paris.### The opportunityThis is a broad leadership role for a qualified accountant who can bring structure, pace and sound judgement to a growing international finance operation. You will manage a team of around six while taking ownership of accurate reporting, compliance and the continued improvement of systems and controls.### Key responsibilities* Lead the monthly management-accounts process and deliver clear, dependable financial information.* Oversee core accounting activity across payables, receivables, payroll and the general ledger.* Coordinate statutory reporting, audit and tax deadlines across more than one jurisdiction.* Review balance-sheet reconciliations and strengthen financial-control procedures.* Prepare budgets and cash-flow forecasts to support effective decision-making.* Develop the finance team and build productive relationships with colleagues in the UK and France.* Help improve finance processes and support the transition of ERP and accounting systems.### About youA qualified accountant with at least three years' post-qualification experience.Fluent in both French and English.Experienced in leading finance teams across international or multi-entity environments.Comfortable designing and operating robust controls and improving finance processes.A confident communicator with strong organisation, attention to detail and systems awareness #J-18808-Ljbffr
