Mandarin or Cantonese speaking Assistant Finance ManagerLocation: LondonHybrid work 1 day a week in the officeSalary: up to £50,000 per annum depending on experienceRef: 4343FCTo apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection website, go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 4343FCThe company: A leading international food manufacturer serving retailers, distributors and foodservice partners in international marketsMain duties: Be responsible for driving the day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, cash flow and controls while supporting the business performance and process improvements### The roleLead and oversee the Accounts Payable function ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and paymentsManage month-end and year-end reporting including financial and management accounts.Oversee cash flow, banking activities and intercompany transactions ensuring effective financial management.Supervise finance and accounting operations within the business providing guidance and support to the wider team.Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improved performance.Maintain strong financial controls, tax compliance and audit processes ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and Group policies.Partner with internal stakeholders and companies Head Office providing clear financial information and supporting business decisions.Lead and support finance projects, system implementations and process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.The candidate:Fluent in English and Mandarin OR Cantonese (written and spoken) essentialDegree in Finance / Accountancy or similarProfessionally qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) necessaryExperience working in a finance role is neededStrong experience across financial accounting, reporting, controls and cash flow managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong commercial awareness.Highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership and work to deadlines.Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.SAP experience is desirable.Must have the right to work in the UKThe salary: up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
