It's an excellent opportunity to put your own stamp on already successful and growing business.Reporting to the FD with exposure to the Board of Directors, your duties include:Overseeing much of the Group's day to day financial operationsPreparing full sets of management accounts including balancesheet reconciliations and P&LVariance analysis against budget and providing commentary for the leadership teamStreamlining month end processes where applicableManaging and developing a small team of transactional staffEnsure compliance with financial controls and Statutory AccountingSupporting the budgeting and forecasting processContribute to business/financial projects as and when requiredVAT submissions and bank reconciliationsOverseeing monthly payrollIdentify areas for business and process improvement through analysis and financial insightThe ideal candidate will be either a fully Qualified Accountant or finalist level.
