This role is based in Cambridge and offers parking and hybrid working, they also have flexibility on start and finish times.Reporting into the CFO this role will be responsible for a small finance team of 3 and will ensure the smooth running of the day to day finance operations –Manage the monthly accounting cycle for all group entities, including month end proceduresSupport with the annual audit for the groupWork closely with the FP&A Manager to ensure timely reportingPrepare the statutory accounts for the UK and IrelandEnsure effective tax management and compliance including VATWork with the team to facilitate the payment run and be the first approver for all payments.Manage a team of 3 Accounts Assistants.You must be a qualified Accountant with proven experience in the above duties, you must also have strong people management skills.
